I went for a business trip. The bathroom was not clean. The buffet breakfast was very basic. Rooms are small. The interiors are very ordinary. Cleanliness is not up to the mark. It is an average hotel. Needs lot of improvement to make it a good hotel.

This is quite a run down property, that hasn't been maintained well. See the pics I have uploaded for various maintenance related issues. Primary issues - 1. They ran out of breakfast and then kept us waiting for almost 30 mins. This on a weekday when there wasn't much crowded. I think it was totally mismanaged as they knew how many guest they have and how much to cook for them. 2. The chairs/upholstery in restaurant is peeling/broken and it seems it hasn't been repaired or even cleaned for years. 3. Similarly their showers are broken and would wet the whole bathroom. The window panes in the bathroom was also broken. 4. They didn't had hand towels. When we asked for it they gave us the bath towels. The biggest issue is what you read here in website doesn't match. E.g. it's mentioned i.Club has a King bed whereas we found out they have only queen beds even in i.Club rooms. I booked a i.Club room so we could sleep comfortably with my 5 yr old son, and that's not possible on a small bed. When we highlighted this to reception staff they were like we have only this, not rude but very un-hospitable. Overall quite a bad experience.

My room had no window and so there was no airflow. The whole place was smelling bad. Also, while having breakfast, I could see cockroaches on the dining tables roaming freely. I wouldn't stay at this place even for free!
